Kiwi Casino VIP Experience ‘Head South For Summer!’ Promotion Terms & Conditions.
The winner is defined as follows;
- The Kiwi Casino player who has successfully deposited US$100 into his/her Kiwi Casino real money account between the dates of September 5th and November 30th 2005 and has had their name randomly drawn as the winner on the 5th December 2005.
The partner of choice is defined as follows;
- The person who the winner chooses to accompany them on the prize trip. Once the details (name, address, phone number, email address and passport number) of the partner of choice are supplied to Kiwi Casino they can only be changed with the authorization of Kiwi Casino. Any changes may incur costs being passed onto the winner.
The prize is defined as follows;
- Two economy class return tickets (one for the winner and the other for their partner of choice) from Tokyo’s Narita International Airport (NRT) to Christchurch International Airport (CHC).
- Date and time of departure (NRT to CHC) are subject to availability. The winner must choose a departure date between January 5th and March 21st 2006. Date and time of return (CHC to NRT) will be on the tenth (10) day after arrival at CHC. It is also subject to availability.
- Once any flights and hotels are confirmed to Kiwi Casino as booked they can not be changed.
- Connecting economy class flights to and from NRT will be financed and arranged by Kiwi Casino as necessary. If connecting flights are needed, both the winner and their partner of choice must connect from the same airport. For instances where the winner and partner of choice are at differing airports and require separate connecting flights to NRT, organization and finance of aforementioned additional connecting flight for the partner of choice will be the winners responsibility.
- Stop-over hotel accommodation at NRT will be provided at the discretion of Kiwi Casino.
- Six (6) nights twin or double room accommodation at the Crowne Plaza hotel in a park view room.
- US$1000 spending money each for the winner and partner of choice (US$2000 in total).
- Transportation from CHC to the Crowne Plaza Hotel upon arrival and back to CHC again upon booked departure date.
- The Great Southern Circle tour – a five (5) day, four (4) night tour of the sights of the South Island of New Zealand (Mount Cook, Queenstown, Milford Sound, Franz Josef Glacier, Greymouth and Arthurs Pass). Accommodation for the winner and their partner of choice during the tour is included. This tour is subject to availability.
- Kaikoura Whale Watching trip – a day trip from Christchurch to Kaikoura to go whale watching. Lunch is provided and the return trip from Kaikoura to Christchurch is on the TranzCoastal scenic train. This trip is subject to availability.
- Dinner vouchers for two people to dine at the Christchurch Casino on an evening of their choosing.
- Christchurch Casino chips to the value of NZ$100 and entry to the exclusive Club Aspinall.
Qualification for entry into the prize draw is defined as follows;
- A Kiwi Casino, Japanese language, real money player who has successfully deposited US$100 into their Kiwi Casino account during the promotion period and doesn't’t charge back or reverse the transaction.
- Another prize draw is given for every multiple of US$100 deposited, e.g. a total of US$340 in deposits will get three (3) prize draw entries. Players with deposit totals at the promotion conclusion between US$500 and US$999 get two (2) free additional prize draw entries. Players with deposit totals at the promotion conclusion of over US$1000 get six (6) free additional prize draw entries. All hotel rooms, flights, travel agents and land transportation included within the prize are at the Kiwi Casino Promotions Mangers discretion.
• The draw will take place on the 5th December 2005 and notification of the winners name will be posted on www.kiwicaino.com/jpn within one working week of Kiwi Casino confirming the winners’ acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw. If they are not contactable within a further 48 hours via phone or email Kiwi Casino will redraw the prize winner.
• The details of the partner of choice must be provided to Kiwi Casino at least 10 working days before the intended departure date.
• The flights, accommodation, transportation or any other part of the prize are not transferable.
• Hotel accommodation includes the room rate only. Without express authorization of Kiwi Casino any further costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
• In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Kiwi Casino will be final.
• Kiwi Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that Kiwi Casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, they reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
• Kiwi Casino will not be responsible for telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, late, illegible, garbled or delayed Internet computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof or for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
• Dates for the vacation are between January 5th 2005 and March 31st 2005. While every effort will be made by Kiwi Casino to match the winner’s choice of vacation dates, flights and hotel bookings are subject to availability.
• Kiwi Casino has no liability to the winner, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage (including consequential loss) the winner, partner of choice or any third party suffers or incurs arising out of or in connection with the prize.。
• Kiwi Casino accepts no liability for missed flights, losses, damages or other out of pocket expenses incurred during the trip. Travel insurance and the obtaining of any documents, visa’s or approvals required for the winner to gain entry to New Zealand are the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner and partner of choice give permission to appear in photographs and have their first name, country and state/province used for publicity related purposes of Kiwi Casino and/or its authorized agent.
• Kiwi Casino may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions.
• Kiwi Casino reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. Kiwi Casino shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by end users.
